The case is made of high quality textile, which combines organic cotton and hemp.
The hemp fabric is one of the strongest and resistant to wearing, which makes the products made of it a long-term investment.
The hemp fibers are hollow and this makes them a perfect thermal insulator.
They help keeping the normal body temperature all the night, which is a precondition for calm and deep sleep.
On the other hand, the hemp fabric breathes, prevents wetting and protects you from undesired night sweating.

We produce and prepare every package in 1 to 3 working days after receiving the order.
Exclusions are special personalized and customizable items and handmade mattresses and topper. For those we need 5-8 working days for production.

For USA, Canada, UK, Australia, India and worldwide.
Shipping time is usually 8-10 business days.
For items weighting less than 2 kgs we use A1 posts tracked shipping (with their partners USPS and Deutsche posts). Their shipping time is 10-12 days.
For European Union (EU) countries we usually use DPD courier service with tracking - shipping time around 10 working days.

Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
